Stephen Michael Moore is a Skillset Shortlisted Screenwriter who has pursued his creative passion for well over thirty years. He has a Master of Arts in Screenwriting from The Northern Film School and was mentored by eminent script editor Kate Lees (Four Wedding’s And A Funeral, Trainspotting, Leaving Las Vegas). As a writer and consultant he established Click Imagination through which he has worked on numerous projects for TV, Radio and Film.

Stephen will talk about the journey of writing and publishing his debut historical comedy, The Washington Adventure which was a Gold Medal winner on Harper Collins’ international book platform, Authonomy, reaching No.1 in late 2013. By the time it reached the coveted ‘editor’s desk’ it was the highest rated comedy on the site and amongst the highest rated books of all time. In an interview with author Jason Hewitt, Stephen will present a candid view of the pros and cons of independent versus mainstream publishing.
